This may be clearly defined upfront or may require dynamic and iterative scoping, delivery, and change management (agile program management), adhering to established Program and Project Management methodologies. The position holder is responsible for structuring the program, planning, budgeting, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing it, ensuring quality and integrity of the information across the enterprise. They take accountability for the execution of project parts and are responsible for managing program-level risks, quality, and procurement while leading the program team. The position holder spends considerable time at the program's main locations.What you'll doEstablish program structure, defining projects and implementing agile project methodologies.Establish program governance, ensure sponsors are committed, and manage interdependencies between projects in scope of the program.Direct or approve the use of professional service providers/external suppliers and determine their role across the program according to IT sourcing strategy.Establish a milestones-based program plan, delivered through incremental releases/achievements, with a value delivery plan created in parallel.Lead the development and maintenance of stakeholder mapping, communications, and reporting.We offer youWe offer more than just a job.
