We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Growth to lead our efforts in scaling our user base and driving revenue growth.About the position:The Head of Growth will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
This role requires a deep understanding of the mobility industry, a data-driven approach, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven track record of scaling digital marketplaces.How will you help us achieve our mission?Strategic Planning and Execution:Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention.Identify and prioritize growth opportunities based on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights.Set ambitious growth targets and KPIs, and ensure alignment across all relevant teams.User/Driver Acquisition, Engagement and Retention:Develop strategies to enhance user engagement and increase customer lifetime value.Design multi-channel campaigns and leverage digital marketing, partnerships, referrals, and other growth channels to expand the user base.Ensure continuous improvement through A/B testing, data analysis, and insight generation mindset.Propose solutions that help Cabify to guarantee competitive advantage based on superior customer experience.Data Analysis and Reporting:Utilize and design analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key growth metrics.Present insights and recommendations to the executive team.Conduct deep-dive analysis to understand user behavior, identify growth opportunities, and inform decision-making.Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing growth team, including marketing, data analytics, and product growth specialists.
Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
