Job DetailsEn Worldpanel Division buscamos un perfil de Senior Client Executive para uno de nuestros equipos de Client Service ubicado en nuestras oficinas de Sant Cugat del Vallès. Buscamos una persona interesada en la gestión y desarrollo de clientes importantes para la compañía, orientada a la búsqueda continua de nuevas oportunidades para el desarrollo de negocio, que nos permita reforzar el posicionamiento en cliente con el principal objetivo de impulsar la colaboración con éste.
RESPONSABILIDADESConocimiento y comprensión del cliente, de su mercado y de su negocio, así como gestionar la relación, atendiendo con la mayor prontitud, exactitud y rigurosidad posible sus necesidades.Realizar presentaciones de revisión anual.Realizar estudios especiales.Mantener una relación fluida con áreas transversales de la compañía para control de timing, comprobación del progreso del proyecto, dar instrucciones a operaciones y especificaciones a proceso de datos.CAPACIDADESPerfil con alta capacidad organizativa, que aporte un excelente servicio y recomendaciones de valor. Capacidad analítica, orientación al detalle y facilidad para trabajar transversalmente con distintos equipos/áreas. Titulación universitaria en Marketing, ADE, Economía, Estadística, Matemáticas o similar con nivel alto de Inglés y Español. Usuario avanzado en Ofimática, principalmente Excel y PowerPoint.
Puesto estable. 40h/sem de L a J partida y V intensiva. Formato híbrido Oficina/Teletrabajo.
