Here we create and develop services and products for home security and home automation.We are looking for people who can make a tangible positive impact in delivering breakthrough innovation in Research & Development to transform and add value, not only to our Company but the industry itself.Main Responsibilities:Participate in the field screening team on product issues.Design, execution and analysis of main technical KPI.Identify root cause in real time, through a heatmap, implementing action to reduce pain points and best practices.Definition of KPIs to help evaluate the correct functioning of the portfolio and actions for improvement.Preparation of monitoring reports and execution of related action plans.Analysis and presentations of key findings.Identify best practices and development guides. Lean processes for superior performance.Definition and leadership of company actions in portfolio:Performance improvement plan.Avoid issues/malfunctions from recurring.Experience with methodologies for managing incidents, changes, performance measurement, and project management.Perform on-site audits to new installations in order to provide feedback on a recurrent basis to enhance installation guides and training.Required Qualifications:Master/B.A in Industrial Engineering or Telecommunications.Experience in maintenance of management systems and risk management.Experience in data analysis and definition of improvement plans.Fluent level of English as you will work in an international environment and project.Approximately 5 years working in a quality role.Available to travel.Strong problem-solving skills.
