Offer Description: AIMEN is a multi-sector Innovation and Technology Centre that develops R&D&I activities and provides technological services to the industry in the fields of Materials, Advanced Manufacturing processes, Digitalization, and sustainability. Responsibilities: Writing of grant proposals for R&I projects under the Horizon Europe Programme and other national and European R&I programmes relevant to AIMEN's knowledge and technology competences. Elaboration of Impact, Market Analysis and Exploitation/Business Plan sections. Contribution to overall proposal preparation to integrate impact perspective. Collaboration with internal multidisciplinary teams and national and international partners to define project ideas, assess their feasibility and compliance with relevant call and topics. Participation in consortium building. Networking with partners for proposal development and preparation. Support to other activities linked to R&I: Elaboration of Exploitation and/or Business Plans for R&D results. Intellectual property issues. Elaboration of Technological surveillance Reports. Development and implementation of innovation and technology transfer projects. Minimum Requirements: Education: Degree or Master Degree in a Scientific or Technical field, preferably in Engineering or Sciences (Chemistry, etc.). At least 2-years' experience in writing Horizon Europe R&I Grant Proposals (preferably RIA and IA), specifically of impact section. Experience in proposal writing for other schemes (CSA, EIC) valued. English: Advanced (C1/C2) level. Driving licence and own car. Desirable Qualifications and Skills: Complementary education/training in economic or business area (Economics, Business Administration or similar) or MBA will be valued. Elaboration of business plans and market analysis. IP management. Team-working abilities in dynamic and multidisciplinary working environments. Advanced organizational skills and high autonomy level.
