Join us in shaping our future-and yours.What You Will DoMAIN MISSIONS:Guarantee the manufacture operations in accordance with the safety and environmental standards.Manufacture products according to the production plan and product specifications to achieve the goal of customer satisfaction by delivering on time at the lowest cost with the expected quality.Key ResponsibilitiesSafety & EnvironmentAs a line manager, has the responsibility to enforce the rules applicable on the site, as well as to act to improve EHS&S standards for his teams.Respects, applies and enforces all safety procedures (lockout, dangerous products management, fire evacuation, accidents, wearing of personal protection, compliance with waste disposal policy, etc.).Is responsible for the security of the site.Presents the safety update prepared by the EHS&S department.Alerts, escalates and records security issues, incidents, risks, etc.QualityRespects, applies and enforces good manufacturing and quality practice procedures (self-control, blockage, traceability, materials refused upon receipt, personnel audits, unblocking, cleanliness, hygiene in the shopfloor, etc.).Ensures compliance with standards and defined manufacturing processes
