Responsibilities:Advice on different legal issuesExecuting agreements and contracts on behalf of the companyLegalizing and keeping the Corporate BooksUpdating existing contracts in accordance with the current regulationAssist in any other legal issues where neededRegulatory and Compliance issuesMonitoring the relations with our customers regarding the execution of contracts, identification and verification of customersAnnual reporting to the Bank of SpainProvide compliance trainingSupervising the Junior Legal Counsel compliance tasksSupervising and suggesting possible changes and improvements in respect to the internal policies, procedures and guidelinesAssist in any other compliance issues where neededMinimum Qualifications:Degree in Law, minimum 3-year's work experience in legal and compliance issuesFluent in both oral and written EnglishExperience and understanding of Spanish and EU regulation, particularly European and Spanish anti-money laundering and counter terrorist funding legislation and regulationExperience managing legal documentsStrong Computer skillsCompetencies:Self-going, curious, analytical, structured and efficientAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyAble to learn quicklyHigh degree of professionalismProactive and anticipatoryEffective under pressure in a very demanding environmentHighly organized and able to meet deadlinesResponds well to constructive feedbackOperates with a high degree of accuracy with strong attention to detailProven ability to establish professional working relationships with colleagues and external clients #J-18808-Ljbffr
