You'll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You'll be in charge to ensure the compliance of products and parts delivered by the ALSTOM facilities.Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (production, special processes), perform inspections, checks, tests, and sampling procedures according to the applicable instructions on products ready for delivery and on products during their manufacturing process according to Control Plan per Project and internal procedures (highlighting painting processes) and much more.You'll specifically take care of:Recording associated NCRs, results, and KPIs.Leading the continuous improvement and the prevention of Quality defects to obtain more efficiency and excellence for the painting workshop.Ensuring the Quality of produced products and encouraging, promoting, and facilitating the proper criteria to Production.Performing Painting inspections in the process and also in finished ALSTOM products according to well-defined criteria using internal and international standards.Contributing to site improvement actions and programs related to the IQ scope.Functionally managing the team of verifiers of the Workshop.Reporting of KPIs, defects, and quality incidents of the Workshop.Accepting or rejecting products as defined in the working instructions.Accurately documenting NCR and results of the inspections and testing to launch the expected reaction on supplier side and Alstom teams (QRQC, Quality wall).Leading the activities to develop continuous improvement and prevention actions to increase the level of quality performance in the Painting Workshop (QRQC, RR, Pareto).Deploying the self-control audit plan with efficiency.Maintaining all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner.Controlling the correct calibration of critical equipment and instrumentation used in the inspections.Leading the Control Plan edition and ensuring all characteristics in Control Plan are deployed in the manufacturing processes.Assisting in the writing and updating of inspection procedures, protocols, and checklists.Evaluating problems and making initial recommendations for possible corrective action.El anuncio original lo puedes encontrar en Kit Empleo:https://www.kitempleo.es/empleo/113139233/n206-industrial-quality-engineer-barcelona/?utm_source=html #J-18808-Ljbffr
