We are currently looking for a Social Media Manager.
Our partner is a 360º digital marketing and global communication startup, focused on designing, developing, and executing clear, measurable, and achievable strategies for B2B, B2C, and B2B2C clients.
Role:We are seeking an Omnichannel Social Media Manager with a solid technical background in social media and a passion for staying updated with the latest trends and platforms.
This role requires a unique combination of management skills and creativity to lead end-to-end social media projects within an omnichannel agency.
What will be part of your mission?Technical Social Media Management: Deep knowledge and experience in the technical use of various social media platforms.Organization and Methodology: Implement and follow measurable processes and methods, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in project management.Multichannel Project Management: Lead the planning and execution of digital communication strategies, including social media, web, blogs, and newsletters.360° Vision: Develop and oversee comprehensive communication strategies that address client needs across multiple channels.Team Coordination: Work closely with the content and social media team, managing both internal and external resources (content creators, photographers, etc.
).Goal Orientation: Align team activities with established KPIs and ensure the achievement of each project's objectives. What do we need?Over 2 years of experience in Social Media and Communication or similar roles in marketing agencies.Knowledge of major social media platforms.Proven experience in managing projects through procedures, methods, tools, and measurable processes.Understanding and practice in managing real and effective omnichannel strategies.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, as well as knowledge of Adobe and collaborative social media management, analytics, and influencer marketing platforms.Multitasking ability and mindset to meet all client needs.
