About the teamThe Security Team is the focal point for all security activities across Swiss Re. We are responsible for cybersecurity engineering and operations, corporate security, governance, operational resilience, risk and compliance. We define and advance the company's security strategy. As a part of a wider company Security Team, the Cyber Defence Engineering team has the mission to monitor, detect, and report cyber security-related threats targeting Swiss Re.
In your role, you will...Be responsible for Endpoint Detection and Response technologiesAssess and implement new security features, configurations and EDR products in the organisationAlign with incident response, threat intelligence, and other relevant teams to achieve defined objectives and key resultsCollaborate with other IT teams to ensure EDR coverage within all relevant systemsWork closely with other security professionals, including analysts and incident responders, to ensure the EDR systems are integrated into the organisation's overall security programFoster sound DevSecOps practices to continuously develop and improve the platformContinuously learn and expand knowledge of information security best practicesBe someone who believes in continuous innovation, is curious and relentless in finding a better way every dayContribute to Swiss Re's Healthy and transparent risk culture where everyone engages in continuous risk accountability activities.Your qualificationsNobody is perfect and meets 100% of our requirements.
