WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related fields, or equivalent experience.ITIL4 Foundation certification (mandatory).3+ years of experience with CMDBs and Configuration Management processes.Proficiency with ITSM tools (such as ServiceNow or JIRA).Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components and DevOps practices.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
