We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Product Manager to join our team, focusing on ad monetization, new feature development, and live operations optimization.You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including game design, development, growth, analytics, and ad operations, to deliver exceptional gaming experiences and achieve our business goals.Key Responsibilities:Analyze player behavior and game performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.Collaborate with game designers, developers, and artists to define new feature requirements and create detailed product specifications.Implement changes and enhancements to existing features based on player feedback and data-driven insights.Oversee the live operations of the game, including events, promotions, and updates, to drive player retention and engagement.In collaboration with Ad operations, develop and implement ad monetization strategies to maximize revenue without compromising player experience.Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of ad monetization, new features, A/B tests and live optimizations.Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions, optimize game performance, and drive continuous improvement.Act as the voice of the player, gathering and analyzing feedback to inform product decisions and enhance the player experience.Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, partners, and the gaming community.Communicate product plans, progress, and results effectively to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, game design, computer science, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the gaming industry, with a focus on free-to-play games.A strong passion for games and understanding of monetization strategies such as in-app purchases and ad monetization.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
