Joining the TUI Contact Center as Business Support Admin, you will assist with administrative support to our colleagues and business partners throughout TUI Musement, providing a high level of service for our internal customers.
This is a full-time role, fully office-based, working 09:00-17:00, Monday to Friday.
ABOUT THE JOB Manage the movement and allocation of equipment for our TUI Contact Centre team.Work with team leaders, team managers, and quality coaches to ensure all office maintenance issues are smoothly resolved, and collaborate with the Facilities Manager to ensure our office meets required standards.Assist new starters with onboarding and provide technical support during onboarding.Ensure all required equipment for our staff to work from both home and the TUI office is in stock and accounted for, and be the point of contact for any technical equipment and supply issues.Work closely with our wider Business Support team to cover any additional tasks. ABOUT YOU Conversational Spanish is required.Good administration skills, strong planning, organization, and confidence with technology.High level of attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities without losing focus on planning ahead.A genuinely helpful, flexible, and professional personality.Physically fit and able to pack and move boxes and equipment/supplies around the building as needed.
