We are looking for a Solar Project Manager to join our mission. The role focuses on delivering solar projects to Sunhero's customers across Spain. This role is made for ambitious individuals who want to accelerate their careers, learn how to build operations at scale, and work with experienced startup executives. You will be in a unique position to closely collaborate with the management and have a real impact on the future of the company. To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to think strategically, be super detail-oriented, and put the customer at the front of everything you are doing.Work on strategic projects to increase customer satisfaction.Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders.Work on our insourcing/outsourcing strategy to build scalable solutions.Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.Submit project deliverables and ensure that they adhere to quality standards.Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.Successfully deliver our solar panel systems for our customers managing internal and external partners.Manage digitization projects to improve internal and external processes, and help to internationalize the operations.Material stock management.What we would need from you to be successful in this role?Proven working experience in project management.Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.2+ years of work experience in operations or technical role, preferably in a fast-moving environment.Previous experience in the solar industry is desirable, but not a must.An entrepreneurial mindset and proven ability to find innovative solutions to challenging problems.High tolerance for ambiguity and a demonstrated ability to overdeliver on customer's expectations.An unparalleled curiosity to learn and challenge the status-quo.A native Spanish speaker and fluent in English.This is a remote/hybrid position. You can work completely remotely if you prefer.
