About the role:Joining the South Europe team means becoming part of a collaborative, energetic group that's dedicated to shared success and committed to making bsport a market leader.
This team embraces a growth mindset, where we support and uplift each other to achieve our individual and collective goals.
What will be your impact:Deliver clear, engaging demos that highlight bsport's value by addressing client-specific pain points.
(Senior: Provide mentorship and support to junior AEs through training sessions, workshops, and guidance on key topics where you excel.
)Manage the full sales cycle, from demo to close, ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience.Collaborate with SDRs to optimize lead quality and with Account Managers for a smooth client handover post-signing.Contribute actionable insights to product and marketing teams to enhance our offerings and align closely with client needs.Develop proactive strategies to drive client acquisition and reinforce bsport's market presence in Southern Europe.You would be a great fit if you have:Experience in a similar position within a high-growth/fast-paced startup environment.Proficiency in Italian as your primary language, with fluency in English.A goal-driven approach with a passion for achieving results and a proactive attitude toward challenges.Adaptability, excellent communication skills, and the resilience to navigate dynamic sales cycles.Ability to work independently while contributing actively to a positive team environment.A creative spirit—bringing fresh ideas, making suggestions, and embracing innovation!Diversity is one of our most valuable assets, and we are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can contribute their best work.
