Integrated Business Planning Performance Analyst - VIE Contract iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are at the heart of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Process in GenMed organization ensuring smooth orchestration of the monthly IBP process at Global Business Unit (GBU) and Therapeutical Area level, that will allow to secure supply to the patients as well as support business growth.
We work End to End, ensuring cross-functional alignment connecting the GBU, Finance & Manufacturing & Supply (M&S;) teams to build realistic 36 months plan, mitigating risks and doing the right trade-off to maximize overall performance.
The IBP team will ensure adherence to process standards at the same time that will drive continuous improvement within the GBU to reach best-in-class process.
As Integrated Business Planning Performance Analyst in our Global Integrated Business Planning team, you'll support the monthly execution activities of the IBP process by:
Preparing material, though analyzing data, to support different IBP Meetings as per GenMed IBP articulation model.Facilitating cross Therapeutic Area (TA) heads activities engaging with TA heads and Product Leaders to guarantee standardization and harmonization within the GenMed team.Connecting with the different stakeholders and participating in relevant meetings to ensure pre-meeting alignment and readiness.Tracking KPIs that supports the performance monitoring, including identifying top-offenders & drivers for off-target results & support on reporting and IBP operations automation (e.g., automation of reporting).Performing data analysis that helps the data-driven decision process.About youMaster Degree in Business Management / Engineering / Supply Chain or LogisticsExperience in the Pharmaceutical or Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industries in Supply Chain / Commercial Operations / Demand Management / Finance.Experience in data reporting tools such as Power BI, QlikSense, Excel and PowerPointExperience in SAP / Kinaxis is a plusStrong communication and influencing skillsAbility to work autonomously and in an adaptable environmentFluent in English, Spanish or French would be an assetWhy choose us?iMove is a unique program tailored for European youth interested in challenging themselves with meaningful assignments across the globe.
