This group is responsible for integrated Customer Experience and Congress and Conventions strategy across the portfolio.This role is focused on leading congresses, conventions, program management and building Health Policy Advocacy in support of long-term strategy across the Oncology Franchise, while ensuring that the strategy and execution are reflective and inclusive of the Johnson and Johnson Oncology Portfolio Approach.This role will play a critical role collaborating with the Global Marketing, Global R&D, and US Cross Functional teams including Brand Marketing, Global Strategic Marketing, Sales, Sales training, Business Analytics, Strategic Customer Group, Medical Affairs, North America Pharma affiliates, Alliance Management, Communications, Corporate and Outside vendors to effectively execute key commercial activities.Key Responsibilities Reporting to and working in partnership with the Sr. Director US Oncology Strategy & Operations Lead, this individual will lead the Customer Experience and Congress & Conventions Management team and ensure operational excellence related to planning, budgeting, vendor management and internal stakeholder engagement for major Oncology Congresses.Responsible for overall E2E strategy for the Customer Experience & Congress and Conventions Management team across the Hematology and Solid Tumor portfolio.Accountable for a consistent congress experience for attendees through all pre-, peri-, and post- congress activities. It will support the International Congress Governance Committee and serve as a Congress Lead in activities such as communications, scheduling and coordination of meeting debriefs, collection of data for performance metric reviews
