Our mission is to contribute to help more people and business prosper.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING As a CIB Delivery Operations Analyst, you will conduct documentation, preparatory and administrative tasks to ensure that the daily operations of the bank are performed. You will support operations and work with bank platforms, processing different payment transactions including controls and data entry.We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:Lead commercial discussions with clients in regards to agency servicesActively cooperate with business lines to improve client's experience through a wide range of agency services (Facility agent, ECA agent, Documentary agent, Intercreditor agent, Funds flow agent, Sustainability agent)Fulfil commercial objectivesManage agency services, specifically:Manage conditions precedent during closing and disbursementsManage correspondence between the borrower, lenders and external advisorsDeliver notices, compliance certificates, budgets and financial statementsAlert client if there is any breachKeep custody of legal documentation and make it available for all stakeholdersCollect lenders funds and credit in client's account in accordance with disbursements mechanismsCoordinate waivers / amendments and return to client on behalf of lendersREQUIREMENTS Experience in banking industryKnowledge in syndicated and structured transactionsHigh level of EnglishOther languages appreciated (German, Italian, etc)Idiomas:Spanish#J-18808-Ljbffr
