SEK International School Catalunya needs to incorporate a Business Teacher for January 2025.Mission:Developing students' critical thinking, analytical, and ethical decision-making skills.
In Business, they guide students to understand real-world economic and organizational concepts, preparing them for complex global business environments.
The mission is to foster intellectual curiosity, intercultural understanding, and a well-rounded perspective, empowering students to apply knowledge practically and ethically in both local and global contexts.Functions:Attend department meetings and participate in collaborative planning sessions.Develop and implement teaching plans for the subject and other areas within the department.Provide individualized support and feedback to students to promote growth and address diverse learning needs.Mentor and guide students on extended essays and internal assessments, helping them set goals, conduct research, and refine their work.Take part in standardizing assessment tasks.Contribute to curriculum research and improvement.Stay updated on the IB program guides taught.Engage with parents to communicate students' progress and address any academic or personal development concerns.We offer:Fulltime Contract: 9:30.
