Key RequirementsMinimum 3 years working experience as a cashier; experience with an ERP system would be advantageous.Possess good knowledge of MS Excel and display good communication and analytical skills.Process-oriented, well-organized individual with the ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision. Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for comprehensive control of cash and collections related matters of the location.Receipting for Cash, Cheques, Cards, Direct Deposits & Banking.Control on Petty cash/IOUs and adhere to timely reporting & monitoring.Credit Card settlements & monitoring of related G/L transactions.Monitoring and reporting of returned cheques and administration of PD Cheques.Dispatching CHQs to Suppliers/related parties & provide higher Customer support.Coordination of other Cashiers & other related work assigned by the Management.
