From the Technology department, we have a temporary position as a QA Manager for leading the main projects and coordinating the team involved in them.
Main Responsibilities: Lead the Quality Installation team within the Quality and Portfolio performance department.Monitor the quality of new installations performed through all sale channels, improving performance metrics, and providing structured, regular feedback to the installer managers.Lead and follow up on initiatives for improving installers' performance, providing them full support to guarantee a successful implementation in the installer teams.Work closely with the Technology department to facilitate the understanding of the installation process between the installation areas and themselves, continuously revising the installation process in search of the best possible performance.Participate in the introduction of new products and services in the installation and maintenance process, throughout the entire life cycle of projects until their transition to BAU.Responsibilities set for the Southern Platform (Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, UK, and Latam). Required Qualifications and Skills: Official grade, MBA valued.Fluent level of business English, written and spoken.Previous experience in installation or sales quality management roles.More than 3 years of experience leading teams of at least 6-10 people.Data and detail-oriented. Strong analytical skills.Proven knowledge and experience in continuous improvement methodologies and tools.Planning skills, high drive, initiative, and delivery level.High interpersonal, relationship-building skills, and positive attitude.High-class communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Strong MS Office domain, planning, and analytic tools.Available to travel abroad.
