Reimagine What's Possible We are looking for an HR Employee Support based in Barcelona for a temporary contract (6+6 months).
The HR Employee Support is an employee-facing role assisting employees with a variety of HR related inquiries as well as triaging inquiries to assign to other teams as appropriate.
Day to day duties include:
Answering employee inquiries.Documenting those inquiries in the Case Management tool.Maintaining personnel files.Verification of employment.Employee lifecycle administration and paperwork.Various other duties. This individual is expected to be knowledgeable in HR Policies & Processes, how HR operates, how to expedite solutions and be a reliable source of accurate information to managers and employees.
The position requires excellent communication and proactive problem-solving skills, high performance, and work ethic to drive to completion, as well as the ability to relate to people at all levels of the organization to help resolve issues.
As HR Employee Support, you will:
Receive and respond to general HR questions and concerns from managers and employees.Understand and explain HR policies/procedures/processes to provide accurate guidance to employees and managers.Create and distribute accurate documents relating to the employee lifecycle (e.g., contracts of employment, onboarding checks, employment letters, leaves of absence, etc.).Develop core competency in HR tools and programs (e.g., Workday, LearnEx (AP's learning portal), local time/attendance) to support employees and managers in day-to-day activities and encourage direct access.Support manager and employee understanding and execution of day-to-day HR processes.Ensure cases are handled efficiently and accurately escalated when appropriate.Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant HR related data such as absences, bonus and leaves.Process employees' requests and provide relevant information in accordance with Company policies.Escalate cases where needed to CoEs (Benefits, Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Experience, Learning & Development, etc.) or other roles within MyHR to improve and streamline HR processes based on interactions with employees and managers. You will have:
Native or very high level of Spanish and English. Any other language will be beneficial.Experience in employee support will be very beneficial.Knowledge of SAP HR, Workday, Spanish Social Security and SEPE will be beneficial.Administrative experience, being in a Human Resources setting is a plus.Good organization and analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to act independently.Ability to build collaborative relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
