We are looking for an experienced Sales, Sales Consultant, Marketing, or Program Management professional to lead the EMEA South Sales Programs team.
You will report to the Head of EMEA Sales Programs, and the position will be based in Spain (Madrid or Barcelona).
The Sales Programs team leads activities supporting pipeline creation and management and drives interventions to strengthen performance.
This features a mix of Demand Generation planning, coordination, and execution based on analysis of key sales metrics and alignment with business priorities.
The team works very closely with Sales leaders.
Responsibilities: Lead and develop an outstanding team, fostering teamwork and collaboration across borders and groups.Translate business insights into actionable recommendations and drive action with CxO level leadership.Structure complex problems and use data and analytics to identify priority areas and develop solutions.Create and drive structured Pipe Generation programs that align with strategy, sales development, marketing, and global programs.Work with Sales Leaders to design and launch interventions in the field.Influence and gain buy-in from Sales teams for demand generation actions via ongoing campaigns.Track progress around pipeline management and effective demand generation.Desired Experience: Proven people leadership skills in a digital-first and diverse, high-growth, large company.Experience in rallying the organization to solve business problems and drive complex change management programs.Proven track record in driving demand generation/campaigns/programs and working closely with sales.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a quantitative approach to identify priorities.Highly collaborative style with strong influencing skills.Driven self-starter: curious, out-of-the-box, autonomous, with a proven track record of creativity and innovation.Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands; sense of urgency and a get-it-done mindset.Fluency in both English and Spanish.Accommodations: Salesforce is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
