Dematic is seeking a Project Procurement Lead for a fixed-term position to manage procurement and logistics for industrial projects.
Responsibilities include vendor selection, executing RFI/RFQs, negotiating contracts, and managing procurement budgets while ensuring cost savings and value creation.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business/Economics/Engineering, has 3-5 years of experience, is proficient in SAP MM and MS Office, and possesses strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
Fluency in English and a proactive, results-oriented mindset are essential.

Execute RFI, RFQ, and detailed costs analysis. Negotiate purchases and contracts: prices, lead times, warranties, payment terms, and all other conditions. Define the best supplier along with key stakeholders. Place & follow Purchase Orders and all related administrative activities. Autonomously manage assigned Project's Procurement and its Logistics delivering cost savings and creating value. Follow processes, authorization matrix, fulfill audits of different nature, manage project's procurement budget and purchasing plan. All other related duties. Knowledge & Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in Business/Economics/Engineering or related field or equivalent experience. Able to fluently communicate in English (spoken and written). Good knowledge of SAP MM, Excel, Word & PowerPoint. 3-5 years' experience as a Project Buyer or similar role related to industrial projects. Knowledge of Business and/or Project Management (desirable). Functional competencies: Negotiating & benchmarking skills. Purchase strategy, planning, and forecasting. Supplier relationship management skills. Knowledge of the supply chain, equipment, materials, products, and commodity market in the Logistics business. Financial acumen. Data management.
