The teams sit globally, with the bulk of their members located throughout Spain and the US.What You Will DoManage a team of Technical ArtistsDefine content aspirations for the teamImprove and evolve production and organization structuresIdentify and select tools and technologies to enhance the content creation processCollaborate with other technical and aesthetic experts within the company to define clear goals for the toolset, pipeline, and construction processesCollaborate with the art team on establishing shared Art best practicesParticipate in setting strategic vision for contentWork with other content producers to ensure proper game performance and optimizationsIdentify and test external 3rd party tools that would help maintain our leading edge in content constructions and visualsIdentify and execute on the most difficult content creation problems for the projectIdentify and execute solutions to Pipeline and technology deficiencies within the teamResearch future solutions or cutting-edge content technologiesReview pipelines and content creation process to identify best practicesWhat We're Looking For6 or more years experience in large game studios2 or more years of team management experienceMinimum 2-year 2D/3D art degree, architecture degree, or equivalent with excellent critique and vocabulary skills. BFA or equivalent preferredStrong technical proficiency in understanding proprietary tools and technologyExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsMust be familiar with the majority of modern 3D software packages (Maya, Substance, zBrush, etc)
