(MXO-465) Senior Manager Partner Marketing, EMEABarcelona, Catalonia, ES
Position Overview
You will lead a team of regional partner marketing managers, collaborating with important partners and leadership to ensure business expectations are met. You will help grow partner marketing programs, balancing the needs of top tier partners and programs, while building a model that scales for a growing partner ecosystem. We ask that you will be a trusted partner for sales, finance, customer success, legal, and marketing teams to create support and accelerate company-wide results. You will collaborate with multiple marketing teams, including demand generation, growth marketing, industry marketing, and digital marketing. This collaboration will help implement partner marketing plans aimed at maximizing revenue. You will report to the Global Partner Marketing Director. This role is hybrid; you can use our office spaces but are not required to come in a specific number of days per week. You may occasionally attend an office-based meeting or workshop.
Responsibilities Manage the Partner Marketing team to lead strategic value and develop skills necessary for success.Foster connections and collaboration with other teams, including channel sales and marketing.Oversee program management by launching and managing partner marketing programs, ensuring compliance with guidelines.Design and implement metrics to measure business growth, partner effectiveness, and return on investment.Coordinate partner campaigns and assets with industry marketing.Lead annual and quarterly regional planning and reviews.Manage GEO / Country budgets, performance analysis (POP / Return on investment), compliance audits, and gap analysis.Ensure effective communication and training within the partner marketing framework.Minimum Qualifications 10+ years of experience in corporate marketing, with at least 3+ years of experience working in a partner marketing team, partner, or distributor.Experience preparing quarterly and yearly marketing plans.Measurable success in growing partner business and engagement.Build executive relationships with partner C-level executives.Collaborate with remote teams and adapt to changing priorities.Simplify complex technical concepts.Experience developing partner programs / procedures.Create compelling business cases to secure internal and external support for marketing programs.Ability to coordinate efforts across multiple departments.Excellent program management skills.Excellent project management skills.Experience managing marketing budgets within a partner marketing setting.Partner management experience.Experience recruiting and managing a team.Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business or marketing.Travel is required 20% of the time.About Autodesk
