The Copywriter supports the creation of compelling B2B content materials such as email marketing, website content, blogs, case studies, sales pitches, and decks. This involves conducting research, interviewing subject matter experts, collaborating with freelancers, keeping track of news, trends, and new technologies in the renewable energy space, and utilizing SEO best practices to produce engaging content that caters to the needs and interests of the target audience.
Responsibilities Develop an understanding of our ICP, target personas, and the renewable energy industry.
Support the creation of compelling B2B content materials across all marketing formats and channels targeting specific audiences, use cases, and industry trends (e.g., email marketing, website, blog, case studies, decks, sales pitches, etc.).
Work closely and collaboratively with key stakeholders in marketing and across the company as required.
Develop and follow a content calendar and maintain deadline adherence.
Analyze and report on content performance in collaboration with all key stakeholders, applying a data-driven lens to evaluate the effectiveness of content initiatives, and make recommendations for ongoing improvement.
Provide quality assurance to meet style and quality guidelines, including content, brand, tone, and design.
Upload articles to our CMS.
Stay apprised of trends and new technologies in the content creation and renewable energy space.
Read, understand, and synthesize technical content about the energy sector.
Minimum Requirements 1-2 years of experience with a proven track record in copywriting, content creation, and SEO.
Ability to research and deliver 800-1200 words a day.
Excellent communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal are an absolute must.
Deadline-driven approach with strong project management skills.
Exceptional grammar and spelling skills, strong attention to detail.
Creative approach and experience in advertising copy - i.e., editorials such as e-books, whitepapers, landing pages, promo emails, and catchy or appealing pieces.
Ability to understand complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text.
Experience with WordPress and/or HubSpot.
Experience in the energy sector is strongly preferred.
