This one-year trainee program is designed to provide you with a 360-degree view of how a marketing department functions, and to equip you with the necessary marketing skills to launch your career in this field. You will gain a broad experience in marketing project management, content marketing, branding, and become proficient in the essential skills needed to start up and manage marketing campaigns.Responsibilities:Brainstorm and develop creative ideas for marketing campaigns.Assist in the planning and execution of outbound and inbound marketing activities such as content development and optimization, advertising, event promotion, etc.Liaise with external vendors, partners, and media to secure and execute campaigns.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement marketing efforts.Multitask and execute multiple projects simultaneously.Assist in collecting marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, and more, to help shape future marketing strategies.Coordinate and work within a hybrid environment (online & face-to-face).Develop an understanding of customer targets, write innovative briefs, and work with outside creative and production agencies.Work iteratively and following agile principles to achieve business objectives effectively.Requirements:Recently graduated from top university, with an interest in pursuing a career in marketing or a related field.Basic understanding of marketing fundamentals.Solid computer skills.Well-organized and detail-oriented.Exceptional communication and writing skills, especially in English.Commercial awareness with a creative mind.Enthusiasm for working in a diverse and multicultural setting.Self-motivated, highly inquisitive, confident, energetic, and creative.Eligibility to work in Spain.Benefits:One year internship program.Hybrid environment (online and face-to-face).Hours 9-18h from Monday to Friday.22 days of work vacations.Salary: We'll talk on the first call.#J-18808-Ljbffr
