Position SummaryResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with the company's business objectives and promote employee engagement, retention, and development.Lead the EMEA HR teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services across the region.Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to understand business needs and provide strategic HR guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster a culture of belonging and respect within the organization.Lead and support organizational change initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and expansion into new markets.Develop and analyze HR metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
