We are looking for a replacement of our Resource Manager within Onshore projects to be based in one of our offices in Netherlands, Serbia, Spain or Romania. You will be responsible for all aspects of line management for Wind Turbine Technicians employed by Global Wind Service. We are looking for a highly skilled and self-motivated Resource Manager, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure, with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to line-manage individuals ideally with experience within the wind or oil/gas industry.Become a part of our Resource Managing team. With a direct reference to our Divisional Resource Manager, you will become a part of the international (Project) Resource Managing team, who are line-managing the pool of resources, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in daily activities. In this position, you as the (Project) Resource Manager will be dedicated to a specific pool of resources within a global context. You will work cooperatively with a team of (P)RM ´s within the Onshore division and Project team (Project Support and Project Managers).Responsibilities Being the first point of contact for your pool of resources, maintaining daily communication via phone and mail, providing support, coaching, and guidance.Maintaining regular contact with Technicians, including performance management, feedback, pay reviews, and annual dialogues regarding development.Supporting the assignment of resources to projects in case of illness, holidays, etc.Approving working hours and expenses for Technicians (reconciliation of expenses like travel costs).Collaborating with the Project team when there is a need for acceleration on project execution or change in shifts and rotations.Maintaining project-related documentation and work approvals in countries of operation.Conducting site visits (approximately 24 days a year).Your profile Ideally, you will have:Good English skills (written and spoken).Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within the business.Exceptional emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.Conflict resolution experience and the ability to manage and resolve disputes effectively.Man-planning skills and experience is an advantage.Very good understanding of IT systems.Flexibility and ability to work within a fast-paced environment.Ability to self-motivate and manage your own workload.Respect for other cultures and the ability to interpret diversity at all levels.European Driver's license, European Passport
