.Senior Business Developer Consultant (Tender & HR Services Specialist) At the HR chapter, we are seeking a Senior Business Developer Consultant with a strong focus on tender processes and a proven ability to build strategic networks within the HR industry. The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing new business opportunities, attending industry events, leveraging cold calling strategies, and using CRM tools like HubSpot to automate contact management and lead generation. Experience in the Human Resources (HR) sector is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities: Tender consultancy: Identify and pursue opportunities in public tenders and bids within relevant markets.Lead the preparation, submission, and management of tender proposals, ensuring all requirements are met.Develop strong relationships with government agencies and public sector entities to stay informed on upcoming opportunities to commercialize our HR headhunting services.Business Development Sales: Proactively source new business leads, including through cold calling, networking, and partnerships.Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the HR industry, including corporate clients, government entities, and large organizations.Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the company's network and generate new business opportunities.Present business development plans, strategies, and key opportunities to senior management.Act as a Sales Business Development lead.Create and execute sales strategies focused on achieving revenue targets and growing the business in the HR, Payroll Headhunting services sector.Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients.Network Building Client Engagement: Develop a comprehensive network of contacts within the HR and recruitment industries.Leverage existing contacts and develop new relationships to expand the company's reach and influence.CRM and Automation: Manage and optimize the use of a CRM platform for business development and sales processes.Utilize automation tools to streamline outreach efforts, track leads, and follow up with potential clients.Regularly analyze data from CRM systems to assess performance and adjust business development strategies accordingly.Requirements: 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or consultancy roles, ideally within the HR or recruitment industries.Specialist knowledge of public tender processes, including experience with government tenders and procurement/preferred supply process.Proven track record of success in developing and managing strategic networks.Strong experience in cold calling, prospecting, and building relationships with C-level executives.Proficiency with CRM tools, including experience with automation, lead tracking, and reporting.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
