About Sunweb Group:
Sunweb Group is a tour operator that aims to offer the best holiday experience. We have 3 business units: Sunweb Sun, Sunweb Ski, and Eliza was here.
They cross-collaborate for the best future-proof strategy to become the lead digital tour operator. Our HQ is in Zurich and we have offices in Rotterdam, Girona, Antwerp, Paris, and Copenhagen.
We work towards the improvement of our services with a customer-oriented view, by challenging and developing ourselves.
At Girona's office, we have located the marketing IT department, responsible for building and maintaining our e-commerce website and mobile apps.
What will your workweek as a Software Engineer Backend Developer look like?
You will be part of a self-organized full-stack team, working agile and focused on a certain domain. As a team member, you will help develop exciting new functionalities, but also fix current bugs on the same domain.
Your opinion will be asked and considered by colleagues when creating/refining user stories and epics. You will work together with other specialists in UX, iOS, Android, database, front-end, back-end, and DevOps, plus we encourage pair programming.
You will be responsible for the high-quality features that provide a surprising experience and create signature moments in the whole customer journey.
Our office is in Girona, but we are working in full remote flexibility. The office is available if that works better for you and your team.

What skills are we looking for?
