Your role will be accountable for driving business growth, executing strategic initiatives while also partnering with the Vendors to look for opportunities for growth. You will build and lead a team of managers and teammates to create a shared vision and a combined plan for the region focused on managing vendor performance at the program, market and site level working closely with the vendor frontline management.
You will partner with cross-functional teams such as Acquisitions and Onboarding Revenue Strategy and Operations (RSO), Product and Sales Activation (PSA), RSO Vendor Strategy and Operations (VSO), Acquisitions Marketing and Sales Finance to ensure successful performance on an ongoing basis.
You will ensure vendor programs deliver against quarterly goals on core program metrics, while driving improvement in ROI, efficiency and standardization across programs and markets over time. Vendor programs in scope are Upper Funnel Operations, NBS Scaled (Outbound Sales) and Direct Scaled Acquisitions (Inbound Sales). In addition, you will partner with the Acquisitions Marketing team and the NBS team to ensure lead volumes and plans are aligned as well as partnering with VSO to define vendor strategy, including location strategy, challenger models and preferred vendors.
