WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?In our team you will provide support in:
Analysis and resolution of first level incidents in SAE and Ticketing projects.Attention of the tasks for new projects.Periodic review of logs.Analysis of SQL database performance.Direct contact with customers.WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?For this position, we are looking for technicians with:
SQL knowledge.Windows skills.Experience in customer service.WHAT DO WE OFFER?Hybrid working model and 4 weeks per year of teleworking outside your usual geographical area.
