Bachelor's Degree in business management or paralegal studies or 3+ years of experience in a legal operations or similar position, preferably in a large, matrixed organization.Be tech-savvy: experience with (legal) tech and strong interest to identify, implement, and manage innovative tools fit for purposes. Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite.Effective communication skills. Excellent knowledge of English (verbally and in writing). Good knowledge of other languages is considered to be an asset.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Experience or affinity with contracts is considered to be a plus.Organizational skills that allow you to plan and prioritize projects, proven track record of driving projects through the entire project life-cycle, experience with project and change management.Proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Hands-on and can-do mentality.Be a team player, yet able to work autonomously.Strong interpersonal skills, high level of integrity, professionalism, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to learn and grow.Which tasks can you expect?Identify opportunities to optimize and automate the operational and organizational aspects of the legal & compliance functions.Create, implement, manage, and continuously improve processes and workflows to support the operational and organizational needs of a global legal & compliance organization.Assist in identifying, selecting, and implementing tools (incl. legal & compliance tech) to streamline new or existing processes and workflows.Create, roll-out, and manage supporting documents and training for processes and tools, based on design thinking.Define, develop, and manage overall project plans to ensure work is assigned and completed on time.Partner with multi-disciplinary teams across the organization to achieve desired project outcomes.Work closely with the Legal & Compliance team to drive ongoing strategic initiatives.From many places, we work as one, moving from better to best together.
