Music Specialist + Customer Service

Communication with clients and potential clients (Customer Service) mainly via email and in English: preparation of quotes for scores and transcriptions, estimation of work time, problem-solving, resolution of musical and technical doubts.Implementation of established response protocols according to customer service direction.Assignment and monitoring of projects to the transcription team. Communication in Catalan/Spanish and English.Coordination with the transcription and music writing team to make appropriate musical and commercial decisions to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.Coordination with Customer Service colleagues (English and Catalan) to establish the most appropriate workflows and priorities based on the situations that arise.Cataloging the scores generated by the transcription team.Use and configuration of the in-house CRM.Other musical editing, admin, and problem-solving tasks.Required skillsAdvanced level of written and spoken English (C1 – Advanced or higher).Advanced musical training (+10 years): reading scores, understanding advanced musical concepts, sheet music terminology, being able to express them in English, and being able to communicate about them.Proficiency in playing a musical instrument at an advanced level (+6 years).Familiarity with basic applications: Excel, Drive/Dropbox, Shared Calendars, Trello, Slack.Basic competencies: proactivity, high capacity for organization and time management, teamwork communication, assertiveness, and ability to simplify complex tasks.Interest in the music industry, culture, and entertainment, entrepreneurship, e-commerce.Nice-to-havesWork experience in customer service, sales, or product management situations, related to music or not.Advanced level of written and spoken French.Proficiency in software such as Finale, Sibelius, Musescore, Logic Pro, Cubase, Ableton, or similar.Familiarity with platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Discord, and similar.ConditionsFull-time work contract as per Spanish legislation: 75-100%. 30-40 hours per week.
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 11 am to 8 pm approximately, Barcelona time. One out of every three Saturdays is required too, remotely.
Office: 60% office, 40% remote (training 100% in-office). HQs located in Terrassa, 5 minutes walking distance from main train stations.
Flexible holidays, coordinated with the rest of the team.
