We're looking for a Proposal Manager who'll be responsible for defining valuable solutions and meeting our client's needs by building proposals for our projects.
You'll support the strategy, specifying the right system combination that will enable long-term service contracts with our customers.
You'll be part of the Signify Systems Services Proposal Management team, based in Madrid, Spain.
This department supports professional lighting system projects across different regions; aspiring for excellence in a multicultural environment must be in your DNA.
What you'll do: You'll coordinate manage all phases of the Signify proposal process.
You'll develop the quotation based on value proposition, including the solution design, focusing on managing risks and liabilities during proposal development.
You'll support Systems Services sales professionals to negotiate contracts with customers, establishing and implementing the delivery plans and strategies for successful proposal delivery in line with end customer and Signify internal expectations.
You'll manage successful relationships between internal and external stakeholders to ensure proposal project success.
What you'll need: You're graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business or Engineering.
You've at least 1-2 years of experience in Bid/Proposal Management or Quote support.
You're fluent in English and have a fluent/native level in Swedish.
Highly valued language skills in other Nordic languages (Norwegian, Danish, Finnish).
You have a good ability to write proposals with knowledge of business law and terms and conditions.
You've proven experience in assessing project costs with thorough knowledge of budgeting financial concepts, including LI Capital.
You're capable of being part of a diverse group of Engineers, Project Managers, Sales Professionals, Project Procurement Engineering, etc.
