We're looking to speak to strategic procurement professionals with the following skills and experience:Prior experience implementing strategic category plans – working with the internal business to understand key goals and challenges before building robust and partnership led category strategiesA track record of sourcing commodities/produce/ingredients – applicants should be confident understanding the market and pricing with the ability to navigate geopolitical challengesSomeone who isn't afraid to work in ambiguity as the transformation journey develops – and provide structure and guidance for the businessStrong supplier relationship experience – working to diversify supply base and working in partnership with key strategic vendors to ensure quality and performanceExcellent communication and natural problem-solving skills – we want to speak to candidates who are proactive and have a track record of improving processes whilst working collaboratively with key stakeholdersOperational BuyerThe Operational Buyers will be responsible for the execution of the category strategies.
