Multilingual Customer Support Specialist - Full Time Role Overview: We are on the lookout for talented, multilingual individuals fluent in English to join our Customer Happiness Calling team. In this role, you will be the voice of Eli Z Group, providing top-notch assistance to our global user base and ensuring they feel understood and valued. What We Are Looking For: Experience: Proven experience in customer service. Skills: Exceptional multitasking abilities, organisational skills, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Soft Skills: A genuine desire to offer human-centred support, ensuring our customers feel heard and appreciated. If you have excellent soft skills, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Customer Outreach: Initiate calls to customers to offer assistance, resolve issues, and provide product or service information. Understand and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and empathetically. Collaborate with a multicultural, dynamic, and enthusiastic remote team. Requirements: Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication abilities, a customer-centric approach, flexibility in working hours, and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
