In this role, you'll be responsible for managing accounts of independent retailers, helping them optimize their product selection and maximize sales opportunities. You'll build strong relationships with these business partners, advise them on new product offerings, and ensure they have the stock they need to meet customer demand.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage relationships with retail partners (toy stores, hobby stores, bookstores)Analyze customer needs and recommend product assortments for maximum sales potentialConduct regular stock checks and ensure timely reordersIntroduce new product lines and identify sales opportunitiesGrow the customer base and maintain long-term partnerships We're looking for someone with: Multilingual: French + 1 of the following languages: Italian, German, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Portuguese, Greek, Czech, Slovak, Romanian, Polish, Norwegian or Dutch.Excellent communication and relationship-building skillsA strong customer service focus and the ability to manage time effectivelyExperience in influencing purchasing decisions and driving sales growthDriver's license: the job requires that you hold a current driver's license.Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Communication or similar The Offer: Competitive salary of 32,000 EUR per yearBenefits package including:Relocation supportProfit share bonus (based on company performance)Pension planAdditional holiday opportunitiesStaff discount on company products (25-50%)Share Save scheme Location: Full-time office position in Barcelona city center
