We're looking for a passionate and results-oriented individual to join our team in a fun and modern office environment in Barcelona!
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing accounts of independent retailers, helping them optimize their product selection and maximize sales opportunities. You'll build strong relationships with these business partners, advise them on new product offerings, and ensure they have the stock they need to meet customer demand.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with retail partners (toy stores, hobby stores, bookstores)
Analyze customer needs and recommend product assortments for maximum sales potential
Conduct regular stock checks and ensure timely reorders
Introduce new product lines and identify sales opportunities
Grow the customer base and maintain long-term partnerships
We're looking for someone with:
Multilingual: French + 1 of the following languages: Italian, German, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Portuguese, Greek, Czech, Slovak, Romanian, Polish, Norwegian or Dutch.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A strong customer service focus and the ability to manage time effectively
Experience in influencing purchasing decisions and driving sales growth
Driver's license: the job requires that you hold a current driver's license.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Communication or similar
