Job Description : The Multichannel and Digital Innovation is a member of Customer Excellence & Operations (CE&O) department.Principal Accountabilities: Manage a Global Portal SolutionProject ManagementWork in company processes with different internal stakeholdersSupport on PRC review of promotional materialsExternal vendor managementEditorial Plan and media planning to have the web updated and promotedConduct keyword research and web statistics reportingUtilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch pointsAbility to understand social media platforms and how to use them to distribute content, gain more links and build successful campaignsWork in close collaboration with other internal stakeholders adding value and supporting the digital transformationAnalysis of multichannel campaigns execution to improve results and optimize channel usePreparation of digital assets in collaboration with marketing, V&A, and medical teams as well as external agenciesVirtual meetings planning and execution supportImplementation of Customer Engagement PlansSocial media campaign managementDriving innovation through scoping, presentation and implementation of new digital projects and toolsData analysisBudget managementQualifications: Economic or Business Administration, Engineer or IT degreePreferably some experience in Digital marketingSolid English commandProactive, enthusiastic, optimistic, can-do attitude is a must and flexibleProject Management skillsAnalytical skillsBe a team player and at the same time ability to self-manageUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurementCreative skills for contributing new and innovative ideasThe capacity to prioritize and work across multiple projectsThe ability to work independently and flexiblyAdditional Information Why Biogen?
