Quiénes somos: Our client is a solar power producer that displaces CO2 exponentially through the recursive deployment and reinvestment of capital into their scalable solar platform.
They are currently advancing more than 1GW of solar projects under active development in Spain, delivering electrons to the grid with significant additions planned in the coming quarters.
This is achieved by actively screening and acquiring low-risk, ready-to-build projects and bringing them through financial close, construction, and operations.
The projects are sourced from an exclusive pipeline with Ibox Energy and other developers.

Misión:Position Outline: Operation and Maintenance Project ManagerThe Operation and Maintenance Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the Operation and Maintenance of assigned PV plants, ensuring seamless control from initiation to closure.
This role focuses on ensuring accurate execution, optimization, cost management, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:Supervise Operation and Maintenance, including warranty claims and after-sales for assigned projects, ensuring precise execution, optimization, cost management, and profitability.Define, size, coordinate, control, and supervise internal and/or external work teams.Coordinate with project resources (procurement, HSE, technical, permitting, etc.)
to achieve high standards and meet performance and availability targets as per O&M Contract.Ensure contractual compliance with planning, cost, quality, environmental, and health and safety objectives, in coordination with development, engineering, purchasing, logistics, and legal departments.Monitor O&M contract adherence in terms of schedule, cost, scope, and potential modifications, ensuring compliance.Monitor compliance with O&M contract annexes to meet milestone requirements.Manage other necessary contracts (materials, industrial companies, professionals, etc.)
for project execution and startup, ensuring follow-up and fulfillment.Stay informed and manage all active contracts and legal requirements to prevent delays.Track project-related orders, billing, and costing.Coordinate, control, and supervise the O&M company and other contractors, ensuring the quality of work performed.Lead weekly and monthly meetings with the O&M contractor, Owner's Engineer, HSE responsible, and other project stakeholders.Approve, edit, and distribute periodic monitoring reports.Verify compliance with permits, licenses, and authorizations, ensuring their validity throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate with local authorities to meet permitting requirements, potentially requiring face-to-face meetings.Coordinate FAC tests and provide support during project handover.Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project completion within schedule, scope, and budget.Propose acceleration or contingency plans in case of potential non-compliance with deadlines, costs, quality standards, etc.Provide technical support for defining and approving change orders, maintaining records thereof.Identify and resolve technical issues during the Operation and Maintenance phase, preparing necessary documentation and reports. Other Tasks:Adhere to ESG policies and other company-implemented policies.Ensure compliance with HSE policies among all employees, contractors, and subcontractors involved in construction activities.Support all workgroups and actively participate to meet project deadlines.Provide technical and logistical support to advisors, investors, clients, etc., visiting projects at various stages (planning, ongoing, completed).Share Quality, Environmental, and Safety policies, procedures, and plans across all levels of the supervised organization.Enforce company-established quality, environmental, and safety standards.Participate in identifying environmental impacts and occupational hazards relevant to their activities. Perfil:Qualifications:At least 5 years of experience in similar roles.Proficient in project management.Familiarity with O&M, construction, and supply contracts.Understanding of budgets and financial models.Ability to establish and maintain client relationships.Strong technical background in solar systems and components.Fluency in Spanish and English (minimum B2 level).Valid driving license. Reporting: This position reports to the Construction Director.
