Job DescriptionAbout the role:Gartner for Chief Supply Chain Officers (CSCO) is an executive-level membership program that provides expert coaching and practical advice to SVPs, EVPs, and CSCOs from global organizations and government agencies.
We equip these leaders with indispensable insights, advice, and tools needed to achieve their mission-critical priorities today and build the successful organizations of tomorrow.What you will do:You will manage a portfolio of clients, delivering value through regular briefings, workshops, roundtables, webinars, and by attending relevant Gartner events.As someone who has previously been in their shoes, you will use your knowledge and expertise, along with additional Gartner resources and research, to coach, mentor, and critique your clients on critical initiatives and obstacles specifically within the Supply Chain space.Collaboration is key.
You will work closely with several internal Gartner teams to ensure value is delivered; these can include salesteams, analysts, client managers, and your peers within CSCO.This role is client-facing and requires a high level of executive presence and the ability to build trust and deliver value.You will be responsible for member retention and for contributing toward growth in the region through direct support of Gartner Sales in prospect cultivation, account plan development, and value demonstration activities.This is predominantly a home-based role, where you will operate as an individual contributor managing your own desk and other administrative tasks, including travel, expense reports, and meetings.What you will need:15+ years' experience with a primary focus in an executive Supply Chain role such as Chief Supply Chain Officer, SVP, or EVP within a Fortune 500 company.Experience in executive-level roles within consulting, sales, or customer-facing positions.In-depth understanding of the Supply Chain industry, and the role of the CSCO (including leadership, operations management, strategy and trends, use of metrics, etc.
