What you will enjoy doingMonitors and analyses business performance, KPIs and initiatives, supporting month end close.Tender Cases Financials.Supports Homecare Management on business development and business improvement / cost reduction plans; actively seeks out cost reduction / working capital opportunities / and new projects business plans.Provides cost centre planning, management reports and deviations analysis.Ensures compliance with Finance and accounting regulatory framework (local GAAP, US GAAP, Linde PLC accounting policy).Contact for Internal and external audits (e.g. Financial / Tax audits) within the countries.Supports the management in ad-hoc data requirements or projects.Advises and consults on financial due diligence on acquisitions, portfolio analysis and new investments/divestments.Other management reports such as P&L per customer and Margin per therapy reports.What makes you greatYou have a university/master's degree in Finance.Your experience is between 1-3 years in multinational corporations or Big 4 in a FICO department.You consider yourself controlling / Financial/ Accounting expertise.You can speak Spanish and English fluently.You have excellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills.You have strong written and oral communication skills.Why you will love working with usThinking outside of the box, working on new topics and concepts, delivering great solutions to our internal customers is essential to bring success to our business.
