Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Leader with extensive experience in the industrial sector to lead the sales department. The selected person will have a strategic approach and will be responsible for the transformation and optimization of sales approach. We are looking for an innovative and proactive leader, capable of developing and implementing commercial strategies that drive the growth and efficiency of the organization. This position will be based in Madrid (Spain) and reports to the District Leader Spain & Portugal.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the commercial strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
Set sales objectives and develop plans to achieve them.
Review and improve existing sales model to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Represent the company at meetings and industry events.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of sales department.
Prepare detailed reports for management on sales performance and forecast.
Adjust strategies as necessary to ensure compliance with objectives.
Focus on achieving and exceeding commercial and financial goals, while maintaining a high level of performance and productivity.
Aptitude to establish strong and effective relationships with clients, collaborators and other departments, facilitating collaboration and teamwork.
Ability to identify opportunities for growth and business development in the market.
Anticipating trends and adapting commercial strategies as necessary.
Ability to adapt and lead change processes within the team and the organization, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
Demonstrated skills in managing work teams, including the ability to motivate, train and develop talent.
Qualifications and Skills:
Engineer or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Sales. An MBA or additional training in commercial management will be valued.
Minimum 10 years of experience in leading commercial teams and extensive commercial experience in the industrial sector.
Experience in the sale of equipment and services to the industry.
Knowledge of industrial refrigeration / HVAC.
Solid knowledge of developing commercial strategies.
High level of proactivity and goal-oriented.
Advanced level of English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
