Ms Dynamics 365 Sales (Ce/Crm) Specialist/Developer

You are responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality new features for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CE/CRM) that empower our users and advance our company's mission You work closely with international teams of product owners and Business Analysts, to translate requirements into effective solutions You will provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for MS Dynamics Sales (CE/CRM) users You will support in customizing reports, dashboards, and workflows within MS Dynamics Sales (CE/CRM) to improve data visibility and streamline operations Who you are You have a degree in (business) IT or a comparable qualification in the IT field You have in depth knowledge and 3+ years of experience in configuring and implementing ERP and/or CRM platforms, especially MS Dynamics Sales (CE/CRM) You are proficient in MS Dynamics Sales (CE/CRM) customization You have experience in integrating MS Dynamics Sales (CE/CRM) with various other applications You have a strong understanding of internal IT structures and ERP architecture You communicate professionally in English
