The Opportunity : The role of the Manager, Field Marketing - EMEA will be responsible for the planning and execution of our events and partner marketing strategy in Europe (and other markets identified as of strategic import). The role requires excellent tactical, decision-making, communication, and organizational skills. This is a 6 months contract role (FTC).
Key Responsibilities Events - Work with the Director of Field Marketing and counterparts in Sales & Partnerships to select, plan, and execute ESW's events strategy in EMEA.
Provide recommendations and insights on which events will yield desired business outcomes.
Ensure each event adheres to allocated budget and own the tracking and management of all related expenses.
Work closely with counterparts in Sales to ensure flawless execution of each event to ensure maximum ROI.
Work with the Director of Field Marketing to develop event strategy, support contract negotiation, manage all event logistics with external parties and internal stakeholders.
Own and manage the European events calendar and ensure timely and efficient communication with internal stakeholders.
Track and report on event metrics to measure business impact and provide analysis & recommendations to Marketing leadership.
Manage the planning and execution of ESW-hosted commercial events, such as Partner Summits, Client Advisory Board events, and work with stakeholders on to provide support on other corporate events where required.
Partners - Work with the Director of Field Marketing and counterparts in Sales & Partnerships to develop and execute partner marketing strategies in EMEA.
Help manage the partner marketing budget to ensure proper tracking and reporting of expenses related to partner marketing initiatives.
Work with marketing counterparts at Partner organizations to identify joint opportunities and align on shared objectives.
Work with internal and external creative teams to develop compelling marketing assets that support partner initiatives.
Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of co-marketing campaigns, content, webinars, events, and other initiatives in collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders.
Leverage market insights and partner feedback to create targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with ESW and the partner's mutual audiences.
Work with Director of Marketing and Revenue Operations Leadership to ensure partner marketing initiatives are tracked and correctly attributed.
Analyse campaign performance, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with key strategic partners throughout EMEA, including technology providers, distributors, and other strategic alliances.
Leadership - Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues on the Field Marketing team, including: advise on industry standards & best practices, common events terms and processes, procedural excellence and more.
Delegate tasks and assign projects to Field Marketing Specialist and provide oversight and guidance to ensure successful completion. Some regional travel required, less than 10%.
