The main activities are:
Daily / on shift line side support to manage technical issues & continuous improvement: missing parts, Non Conformities, concessions if applicable / DQN, Outstanding Work, maintenance, jigs & tools.Perform Work Order Management for out of cycle work.Escalate recurrent issues & request support to the Work Prep, PPE, Maintenance, MAP & Outstanding Work support functions roles, if not manageable at level 1.Involve the Work Prep, PPE, Maintenance, MAP & OSW support functions roles in the continuous improvement routines of the production team.Support capacity management: anticipate capacity fluctuation to cover changes in the PLC (product life cycle situation) and grow competence.Task & accountabilities:

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
Coordination of multifunctional team to achieve the delivery goals without pending works (Integration of all functions assigned Production, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Planning, Production control, etc).Coordination of team resources assigned to a GNT (human, infrastructure, tooling, industrial means, etc) diverse team composed of engineers, electricians, mechanical fitters, testing technicians, EASA145 certifiers with Airbus and several subcontractors companies working in the same GNT.Lead the cultural transformation towards a more efficient organization by deploying and implementing Company corporate values.Organizes and supervises production groups. Implement continuous improvement methods to reduce costs and lead time. Specific knowledge in the management and resolution of conflicts.Support the implementation of HO Systems Installation & Functional Test AG2 strategy and goals.Monitor the relevant KPIs, solve the deviations from targets and identification of major industrial risks.Coordinate within others TOFTT organizations, FAL AGs and Programs to reach FAL and MRTT objectives.Ensure working on Quality, Health and Safety, FOD and House Keeping standards accomplishment in the area.Ensure the continuous improvement and the Operational Excellence in the area.Working under two different rules: EASA145 and POA standards.Guarantee VOC communication in the area promoting actions to improve customer satisfaction.INNOVATION and digitalization: as business strategy, and in coordination with TOF / TOM stakeholders, define and ensure Industrial Research in Derivatives.Experience deploying in the shop floor technological achievements (HoloLens, Tablets, Digital Barchart).Lead and develop the team with all the competences and skills required by the complex technical knowledge and the market challenges.Concept and Design: CONCURRENCE with design engineering office through Collaborative Engineering, establishing industrial requirements (manufacturability, accessibility, testability) and performing trade-off analysis, towards an optimized Industrial Definition of the product to achieve OTOCOQ goals.Spread aircraft know-how mainly to improve sustaining quality and to make employees achieve appropriate competencies to develop their activities.Job Description Summary:

Required skills:
Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Engineering (industrial or aeronautical will be considered).Young Graduated - Airbus career Internships will be a plus.Innovation and digitalization as well as continuous improvement.Knowledge of regulations constraints, including Quality system, in a Part 145 and Maintenance operations and Basic Airworthiness principles.Knowledge about Manufacturing, Engineering is a must.Language skills: English and Spanish in Advanced level.This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.
