Job Description: Composite/Hybrid Structure Design Engineering.
Design and Validation of composites/hybrids components and assemblies that are optimized in terms of weight, cost, performance, and production/assembly requirements while ensuring the highest safety of the product using appropriate design tools.
Roles: Design of primary structure elements in metallic or composite materials in wing and fuselage. Design of structural provisions to install new equipment/systems. Digital Mockup creation and full documentation of parts and assemblies using Catia, either using drawings (conventional documentation) or mainly in 3D. Preparation of Parts Lists, Change Notes, etc. needed to complete the documentation process. Optimization of the designs in terms of weight, cost, performance, and other industrial requirements. Analysis and solution of problems observed in the first installation of the elements. Documentation of the solution. Preparation/modification of external paint drawings of the aircraft fulfilling certification and customer requirements. Preparation of technical documents needed to support certification (product description mainly). Profile: Engineer/Master in aerospace. No experience or up to 2 years related to aircraft design. English intermediate level.
